Coronavirus Update

During this time of uncertainty, we at River Valley Eye Professionals want to reassure our patients that we are here for you and remain committed to providing you with the highest level of care in a safe environment.

Please know that we continue to follow strict cleaning policies throughout our office.  From the disinfection of displayed frames in our optical to the frequent disinfection of examination rooms and other contact areas around the clinic, maintaining the health and safety of our valued patients remains our top priority.

We are following local, state, and national updates daily and will continue to keep you updated about any changes that may affect our ability to serve you.  We highly encourage all of our patients to continue to adhere to recommended community-level mitigation strategies such as frequent hand-washing, social distancing in public, and staying home if you aren’t feeling well.

Patients who have upcoming appointments with us are encouraged to keep those appointments unless you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, have had a known exposure to coronavirus, or recently traveled to a location necessitating isolation as recommended by the CDC.

If you have an urgent eye concern and are sick with fever, chills, or shortness of breath, please call us to schedule a telephone consult with one of our doctors. If the doctor determines that he or she cannot resolve your concern without an in-person examination, we will arrange an appointment or create a plan for further care.

We appreciate the continued trust and confidence that our valued patients place in us and look forward to seeing you in the optical or at your next scheduled appointment.
